If you haven’t seen the new CRM Forms, it’s a complete paradigm shift in thinking of how data is presented on the form and how you interact with it. Today I tried to figure out how to modify the case’s guided process and stumbled upon the Service Stage field. Unfortunately, this isn’t editable.
