Thanks to a story by Redmond Channel Partner I learnt today that I am ‘part’ of a Billion $ a year program.
So while I am not personally quite that rich, I am however reaping all the benefits of the wonderful application that Microsoft has created for companies that need a Customer Relationship Management application.
