With the release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013, Microsoft wanted to make it business personal. The redesign of CRM 2013 was to help people do their best work and deliver great customer experiences across the board. With that thought in mind, they released Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications for Windows phone, iPhone, and Android phones.
